 The inmates of Narkina 5 served their sentence in a facility that functioned both as a prison and as a factory. In Narkina 5 Prisons, the inmates were split into groups of seven, and tasked with manual labor. The inmates were provided incentives for good behaviour and productivity. Narkina 5 is home to nearly 5,000 criminals, per facility, many of whom had their sentences doubled as a result of the Public Order Resentencing Program (PORD), with new inmates imprisoned after any criminal act being branded a Class One Offence, even with indirect effect on the Empire.
